I received the car very quickly (3 days). Looks great! Powered on, peripherals connected and powered on. I get a message that Windows cannot complete the installation. I don't have supporting documentation and contact information in the SkyTech paper folder. I contacted Revain hoping to get a replacement. This is the first delivery day of my car. Revain is helping to coordinate with SkyTech to find a support rep I can speak to to hopefully resolve this issue. If it doesn't work I have to send it back. Update: A friend (game enthusiast) explained how to reinstall windows with 2 consecutive hard shutdowns. I followed the instructions and was able to set up Microsoft login for my existing MS account and the machine works great. It looks like the initial QA test on this box before shipping wasn't very good. I'm taking off one star for the crappy quality control by the supplier/manufacturer.
