The advantage of this accessory is that it saves time. If you are looking for the most accurate way to drill holes; I would not recommend that. As for the quality of the design, it lacks the basic design principles with kinematic constraints. When tightening the thumbscrews for all the different adjustments, the mounts can move as there is slippage on the main rail. If you don't notice a 1/16" drill hole, this mount will work for you. For those who want more precise hole placement I would recommend making your own jig or using a vise jig for your drill press.
