Where's the lifetime guarantee?

This product actually worked great (past tense). This has been fine for my home for about 2 years. Perfect, effective, cool. Two weeks ago it suddenly worked without warning. Your troubleshooting documentation is a joke and not a help. There was no information on their website. ), their online chat was never active and I had no way of replacing or repairing this faulty unit. So yes. Now I will give Dyson my business. Thank you for a wonderful two years, but if you are thinking of purchasing this product please DO NOT rely on any "guarantee".
