Very difficult to use! Even my almost 200 lb friend had quite a bit of fun twisting and turning to get the noodles, it was difficult and time consuming but at the end of the day we got our noodles. Hurt our hands and you can't put it on, otherwise you will damage the tabletop etc. Also, the handle came off and we kept putting it back and it flew out because we had to twist and turn and one day the handle went off, it's even harder to turn it. Honestly only used twice and now I buy ready made noodles to put in boiling water and in 5 minutes noodles are ready! It was the cheapest pasta tool but I can see why.
