Review on RIMS Computer Aided Dispatch by Dana Mahendra
This App saves hours in time and energy to process calls
The benefits of using this software are that it is easy for dispatchers as they have all their information at once which makes things less confusing when communicating between units or dispatch centers; also there's nothing wrong about having an app instead traditional methods because we can access our data anywhere anytime from any device (mobile phones). There aren't much issues I've encountered so far but if anyone has noticed anything please let me know! It helps us keep track everything related within different departments such as police department/fire station /EMS etc.
Pros
- It's easy to use and user friendly; it has all the information we need at once which makes it convenient; it has a good design and it keeps track of things easily
Cons
- I find it hard to access my data and there isn't really much useful information for me to keep track of
