Thought I was buying a brand new product. It was sealed in another package, the product itself was opened, put back inside and sent to me. There is a disc whose plastic has been removed from the packaging. And in this case, the hard drive was scratched. Not at all what I think when you buy a new one. If I didn't need them for my camcorder, I'd be right back. But how terrible it is to sell a product in this way!
