Easy to install deck mount. This kit contains everything you need for 2-3 different configurations depending on the size of your kayak. I used a traditional X pattern with spares. There are two installation options - a standard bolt and hex nut, which works if you can get to the inside of the kayak where the installation takes place, and a rivet system if you can't. Please note that you will need a riveting tool to use the rivets, which is not included in the scope of delivery. The bungee cord was a little shorter than I expected, but it's good enough for my needs. However, this would be a bigger problem if I had a larger kayak or more sophisticated deck gear.
