Review on 🔧 Dorman 419-209 Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner Assembly: Ford/Mazda Models by Dan Germain

Fits 98 Ford Ranger 2.5 but slightly different than the original I got for the truck. The stock tensioner has a recess in the bolt hole. This tensioner has no indentation. That way, when the bolt is inserted into the tensioner, it doesn't protrude much from the other end of the tensioner. This means that when the screw is tightened, it is held on the carriage with just a few threads. Otherwise the tensioner is perfect. Edit: September 9, 2014 I've driven it for over 50,000 miles with no problems.
