Best thing for the money, glad I did it.
Pros: Surprisingly, it's a great device. After such a screen, indeed, you will not want to switch to other iPhones. Some cons: Face ID still does not always work, but this is similar to the situation when the touch ID also did not unlock the phone the first time.
