The remote control is not new, it is used
Bose Soundtouch 20 replacement remote came used, not new (note the first photo). I ordered a replacement AGAIN (second photo), it came second hand but with a smaller indentation on the back of the remote battery compartment. CAREFULLY!. THAT'S NOT NEW. Revain is not Ebay. The remote itself works.
