Review on RYVE by Christopher Scales

To put it mildly, my experience with RYVE Company has been unsatisfactory. My experience with their goods and services was quite the opposite from what their website portrays, which is high-quality office and school supplies to help people and businesses remain organized and productive. First off, they have a small and unimpressive range of products. When I contacted customer service to inquire about a particular type of planner that wasn't offered on their website, they were unable to offer any details or substitute recommendations. I was dismayed and irritated by this. Second, their goods are of poor quality. After using my RYVE planner for a few weeks, the binding started to separate and the pages started to tumble out. The quality they promised on their website was not reflected in this, which was a significant inconvenience and financial waste. Finally, they have poor customer support. They were unresponsive and useless when I contacted them regarding my issues with the planner. I felt like they didn't respect me as a customer because they didn't care about my problem. In conclusion, I had a negative encounter with RYVE Company and would not suggest them to others. I was disappointed in their meager product variety, poor product quality, and unhelpful customer service. I suggest going elsewhere if you're looking for high-quality office and school supplies.
