Pretty quick and easy install and good lighting.

It's a pretty easy install, as long as the ceiling is perfectly flat. I initially had wires that got in the way, which prevents the latches from locking on the bracket. Also, the little cover plate for the L/N wire mounts is pretty useless -- keeps popping off and as a result you can't get that flat mounting surface, so into the trash it went. Once the light could get flush with the ceiling, it was a snap.There is a very small but perceptible delay between turning on the switch and the light coming on. Otherwise, casts a very bright, white light. Perfect for lighting up the walk-in closet.
