I've been looking for a basic cheese grater (for the price) for a long time. This little gadget is the best! I buy whole grain cheeses - parmesan, asiago, pecorino romano - for the health benefits as they don't have the additives found in packaged cheese. My old wall grater is rusty. Good, because I've never liked a huge tower where all the cheese falls down. That's the heck to clear up. This little device was the cheapest hand grater and works great!
