I am a master electrician with many years of experience. I've installed about 3,000 ceiling fans. This should be the most difficult to install. Requires no mental work. It took forever. So far I've installed about ten of these fans. And I hear all the same complaints. It cannot be balanced to keep the pull chain from hitting each other. And the light assembly rotates a little when the fan is on. The knives are fastened with a pressure rubber bushing. As a result, the blades never really fully tighten. Even with the included balancing kits. He still hesitates. Installed out of 10. Only 1 did not balance. I told customers to contact the manufacturer. They did. They came with new blades that never solved the balance issue. General. You look good. Bad technique.
