The ease of use for our end users in having all security information under one roof. There was nothing I disliked about this product as it seems very easy to navigate through. Everything works well together so there are no issues with performance or compatibility problems. It's been great being able to manage everything from 1 location rather than have multiple people managing different aspects of physical security. The ability to see all of our cameras at one glance. Also, the ability to view live footage on a mobile device. We are able to keep a close eye on our property and staff. It has been difficult to find time to train on the software. We do not have a dedicated person to help us. We are currently looking into other options. A lot of our problems have been solved with this software. We are able to keep an eye on our property and staff.
