Review on Standard Motor Products US447 High-Performance Ignition Switch by Daniel Anderson

Very sloppy button layout. Even after 170,000 miles, the original switch feels safer than this new standard in my Jeep Liberty '03 with clearly defined click positions. Can be toggled from accessory to off and button removed while stereo continues to play. (Can you tell the battery is dead?) Will keep the original in the jeep while this one can crack. or not. Incidentally, to remove the original you need a 10 Torx/star bit "Security". Some people say the steering box cover needs Torx, mine used a Philips there. Yours may differ.
