I got the explanation because it was packed by a new employee. The yarn was received in perfect condition, albeit with a delay of almost a month. In this case, I think you should devote more time to training to avoid problems in the future. Can't fault the company for anything other than the lack of training for new hires. I think it could happen to anyone and I'm sure it was an isolated case. Give this company a chance.
