I really tried to love these headphones. Mainly because the price is high, the sound quality is great and easy charging is very desirable. However, I have small ears and it seemed impossible to get these headphones to stick. At best, I could get one to stay and the other kept showing up. To be fair, these kind of sticky earbuds never fit my small ears. I usually get the ones that sit in front of him. I followed the instructions on the card which helped and even contacted support. The support team was great at providing directions and their method seemed to work better but still didn't work for me. It's just not the best option for me. But this could be something for you. Worth a try. Here are the steps they gave me in case you want to try. Company Instructions: Hold the earbud with one hand and open your mouth wide to open your ear canal. Alternatively, if you've had a history of jaw pain, you can use your free hand to pull your outer ear back and out of the way. This step opens your ear canal. Insert the earmold into your ear. Wait five seconds before releasing your ear or closing your mouth.
