pluses: - It blows SUPER cold! (Cooled my 405 square foot room). - Very well done. Cons: - As previously mentioned, although the packaging looked new, my unit also had dents in the frame. It's a heavy unit, so I see this happening upon delivery, which unfortunately costs about $150-$200 more than a standard top-closing window air conditioner. - The fan is a bit noisy even on the lowest setting. - Instructions. weren't very clear. Too many descriptions and not enough pictures. The board looks cheap. In general. GREAT!
