Well, this garbage is the same as branded Regency. The only ones I consider complete (and I only buy 14-15 pound turkey so it's not like I'm highlighting them!) is the Elizabeth Carmel brand. Unfortunately the last time I ordered this brand they sent me the Regency brand instead and they are the worst. Well I thought so until I got these. Anyway, regarding these bags, I opened my bucket this morning and found that the brine from the bag had spread all over my cryo bags and the entire interior of the bucket. You see, the essence of being able to zip a bag shut is that it properly contains the liquid. It wasn't crowded, not even remotely full because it's a HUGE bag. It had a double zip at the top so I had high hopes and zipped both zips up. Unfortunately, another epic bag-carrying mistake.
