Description of 🦃 Enhanced Turkey Brining Bags - BPA-Free - Enhanced Durability - Reinforced Seams - Convenient Gusseted Bottom - Double Track Zippers - Extra Large Size - Set of 2, 21.5 x 25.5 in Each

PROVEN TECHNIQUE: Brining is your ticket to a juicy, full-flavored turkey, even if you have no prior experience with turkey roasting. During brining, the turkey absorbs extra moisture, which in turn helps it stay more moist and juicy both during and after cooking. Since the turkey absorbs salt along with the water, it also gets nicely seasoned from the inside out. Even better, the salt breaks down some of the turkey’s muscle proteins, which helps with the overall moisture absorption. EVERYTHING INCLUDED: These two, extra large turkey sized brining bags have wide gusseted bottoms for extra volume and stability, as well as double track zippers. Also included are two removable zipper assist clips for easy closing and two 18-inch long strings of twine for trussing your turkey. FREE FROM BREAKAGE: Don’t risk your expensive bird with a flimsy bag, this high-quality bag has incredibly thick seams, which is especially important since a turkey and brine can easily weigh over 40 pounds! The worry-free thick seams completely protect against any potential leakage, tears, or rips, ensuring a mess free roasting experience. Our brining bags are built with heavy duty, BPA-free, food-grade standard materials, ensuring safety in your cooking. MULTIPURPOSE: Not only are these 21.5” x 25.5” bags perfect for any large turkey, but they also work for many other types of meats, as well! The thick materials and durable seams make these bags also ideal for: wild game, ham, roast, deer, or even jerky! If you want an alternative to brining, you can also safely marinate your meat right in these bags, creating a flavor profile that is out of this world! When the meal is over, you can safely throw away bones and food waste into the bags.

Laarrrge Brine Bags

These bags are made from very thick plastic and are quite large. I have a 22 lb turkey that I'm bringing for Thanksgiving and there was plenty of room even with the liquid and turkey together. Based on my research, the best way to salt a turkey is to place the turkey upside down in a bag so that the breast is submerged in the brine. The bag comes with a small blue zipper that makes it much easier to close the double zipper than just using your fingers. I am very happy with these packages…

Big leak for dishes

Well, this garbage is the same as branded Regency. The only ones I consider complete (and I only buy 14-15 pound turkey so it's not like I'm highlighting them!) is the Elizabeth Carmel brand. Unfortunately the last time I ordered this brand they sent me the Regency brand instead and they are the worst. Well I thought so until I got these. Anyway, regarding these bags, I opened my bucket this morning and found that the brine from the bag had spread all over my cryo bags and the entire interior…

The pouch was leaking - need to double the pouch

I had reservations about buying these pickle pouches but decided to take a chance. It was a big mistake. After putting an 18-pound turkey in it and salting the solution, I found the bag was leaking at one of the seams. Other customers were complaining about the same issue and I should have listened. Luckily, I spotted the leak right away and used a second bag to prevent a refrigerator disaster. So salting a turkey cost me twice as much. According to the manufacturer, this package is new and…

Used for 22-23 lb turkey no problem!

This year I got a fresh turkey from a local farm and they told me brine. I did, but the mess was discouraging. In addition, I had a brine with a large amount of salt, herbs, oils, spices and other secrets. It turns any bucket or jar into a mess! So I wanted to find a way without pickling the whole mess and came across these packs of pickles. This works GREAT! I was able to fit a 22-23 pound brine turkey with plenty of room in the back. There were also small pieces of feathers that could be…

Think before you salt 😂😂😂

For the first time I carry turkeys in a bag. I had two 20 pound turkeys and placed them breast down in each bag on the kitchen counter. Once I started adding the brine, I quickly realized I could never lift these guys, let alone take them to the garage to put in an extra fridge. Then I had a brilliant idea. Place the birds and pouches in the refrigerator, then add the brine. There was now some brine in the bags but it wasn't enough so I had to go back to the kitchen to get more brine. When I…

At the end. The old ways are better!

These bags were delivered quickly and are very large, my 22lb gun seemed to be too small in this bag. It's thick and looks durable. My bird is still getting wet, I'll see if he can get the leak off. My problem was closing it, zipping it up, then unzipping it again. It wasn't fun at all. try to keep the salt liquid inside. Here's my story. I wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving Day. It's time to give the turkey a spa treatment! I usually put it in the brine fridge, but this year I discovered brine…

HUGE, double-sealed, drawstring brine bags.

These bags are perfect for salting turkeys of just about ANY size, even the largest you can find. These durable pouches are easy to carry thanks to a complete curing solution and packaged turkey. The bag allows for easy handling in the fridge and is vacuumed over time compared to a salt storage system. The two bags in the box and the first one I used for a 15 pound turkey worked perfectly and the turkey was very well salted and ready to be smoked for Thanksgiving. . Next for Christmas! Five…
