This scooter is the best thing I have done for myself in at least the last 5 years. Best purchase EVER and life altering.First about the HiBoy S2I researched a lot of scooters and bought another one first that wasn’t that much cheaper and it was a huge mistake. It was heavy slow had no mileage range etc. My husband had originally suggested the highboy to with the seat but when I was ready to buy the scooter there were no seats available so I settled for the other one. When I finally decided to return it miraculously the hiboy 2 with seat was available again.Haven’t done so much research I can tell you unequivocally that for the money this is absolutely the best scooter you can get. It truly does go up to 20 miles an hour and I am heavy (180) and carry a backpack and use the seat and it does 18,19,20 no problem.The battery life is great! I can commute 7 miles to work using only about 75% of the charge and it recharges super fast! I think I can get a full charge within two hours maybe less.I love the app, I love the cruise control feature but because of all the crazies in New York I never get to use it too long. I love the two different modes - basically sport and slow. It is a super comfortable le ride and even with the seat I can go back and forth between standing and sitting. The dual brake system is fabulous and I use both.Now I was already going to give this 5 stars but the company’s customer service make me want to give 10 stars *********!I loved the scooter so much but started having a problem with the seat. It wouldn’t stay in place and the clamp seemed not to be working. I had a couple of different people look at it and nobody can figure it out. I’d already gone through the effort of returning the other scooter and didn’t wanna return this one. I contacted the seller they got back to me in less than 24 hours and told me that they would send me a new seat right away which they did. The new seat is perfect and I am in love!I live in NYC and this scooter has changed my world! I go every where on it. I ride from my apartment in Harlem to my sons apartment in the Bronx. I take it on the train and go out and visit my daughter in New Jersey as I can ride from the train station to her house. I’ve written over the George Washington Bridge and visited a friend in North Bergen I ride to and from my job in Herald Square. I love love love this scooter.I hate when people post videos of their rides and not of the scooter in action but I don’t have that Just a short clip going up the westside Highway bike path. Get a HiBoy and have fun!
