This is the almost perfect scooter. The features are great for the price, the app works well, and it's pretty fast. In sport mode it gets up to 19 mph. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the tires. They do a terrible job of absorbing bumps and you feel every crack in the street. I'm 6'3" and the tires make it feel unstable. Regular pneumatic tires would make this scooter perfect.

I got this scooter for two and a half year from now. It's really a good choice for high traffic in Jersey city. I enjoyed riding a lot every day to work, go shopping or ride around the park. I purchased a HiBoy S2 back in January of this year and have used it almost daily for commuting to work and school (10 miles a day). This scooter is great for my commute! I'm able to get a few back and forth trips on one charge, and the speed and head/break lights make it a safe trip. My only complaint is that you can feel every bump and crack in the pavement. Pros:-battery just enough capacity to get anywhere I need to in the area;-pretty good motor power for a scooter of this size;-good weight capacity, can fit almost anybody.That being said, it's very uncomfortable. There is almost no shock absorption at the front. Even if you ride on a small twig by mistake, you will feel it.Even rear suspension is poor. It got me far and fast. The scooter can be difficult to maneuver in tight spaces. We had a good time hiboy, but it looks like our paths split here. I'll always remember you.

I had battery issues and Chris C of Customer Service was very helpful. Execellent customer service.I love Hiboy scooters! I strongly recommend.

The battery began to die just as the 6 month warranty for batteries passed, with a replacement costing well over $100.Edit: I was contacted by support and was offered a replacement battery. If the newer scooters all have this newer battery, I feel like some of the issues that I was having would be resolved. I am not 100% sure if this is the case, but hopefully it is.

The scooter arrived very quickly and was easy to get it ready to be ridden. This was a gift for my 12 yr old.son and he loves the speed. We have experienced a mechanical issue with the scooter but Hiboy support has been very helpful and very quick with responses.

It goes as fast as you would want to go. Top speed is plenty. Im a college student and I like getting to class without sweating and this is perfect.
