I'm not a big fan of storing things on the counter, but we've moved into a new house that doesn't have a lot of storage space. So what are you gonna do? At least it holds everything together in an attractive way. In fact, I was surprised at how much it holds. shelf height is good; I can see where this can be used to store many different items. We use it for vinegars and oils. (I don't cook but we have 2 foodies in our family and they only have multiples!) Vertical is what you need! I would recommend it to anyone who needs more storage space for little things in the kitchen or bathroom.
