Back button doesn't work for Roku Express, nobody at GE tests their products I think

Back button doesn't work with Roku Express unless you switch to toggle mode. And when you're in shift mode, the home button doesn't work. Therefore, you need to exit the toggle mode. Really bad experience for wife and kids. I returned mine. Seriously, Rock has 7 buttons. Why charge a shift for one of them? Has anyone tested this at GE? Instead, I'm looking at another learning IR remote.
