Back button doesn't work for Roku Express, nobody at GE tests their products I think

Back button doesn't work with Roku Express unless you switch to toggle mode. And when you're in shift mode, the home button doesn't work. Therefore, you need to exit the toggle mode. Really bad experience for wife and kids. I returned mine. Seriously, Rock has 7 buttons. Why charge a shift for one of them? Has anyone tested this at GE? Instead, I'm looking at another learning IR remote.

We recommend! Best value for money, honestly!

Beautiful thing! It was the cheapest out of 6 others that were very similar, but for the features it offers and the value for money, I highly recommend it! I use it on an Emerson flat screen TV that I bought from Walmart on Black Friday in 2008 which makes my TV look dated in the TV years and the auto programming feature works great! I would highly recommend this, even just to have a second remote control for your TV!

Good Remote Control for Roku and TV

This remote control is small enough to fit comfortably in your hand and easy to program. I'm also glad it controls my Roku because after I bought it, some reviews suggested that I should use a universal remote designed for Roku products. Luckily, it easily manages my TV, RoKu, and DVD player, leaving space when I need it. The only thing that disappointed me about this remote is that the lettering is so small that I just have to remember where the buttons I want are, but I think I'll do it…

Not bad, but the Shift key is a real sedative.

Update: the buttons made a bit small, and the double-function buttons are a real minus. I use the TV's menu item a lot and you have to press the setup button, which is the dual action toggle button, for the menu button to work. Also, the exit button is also a return channel button, so to exit the menu you have to press the Shift button and then the Info/Exit button. What a nightmare. If I had known that, I would not have bought this remote control. It's so easy to program and I love how small…

This device is not easy to use

The buttons and font of this remote control are very small. Even the manual and code list are in very small print. I can usually do almost anything without reading glasses, but even with reading glasses I have trouble deciphering the text on or near the remote control buttons. If you buy this remote, do yourself a favor and download the PDF version of the manual, which is much easier to use and has a large picture of the remote. Get it from the byjasco website.
