The first one I bought arrived broken - the Revain was replaced within a day to be in time for the hike I was going to use it on. My second has lasted for years and is still going strong. I bought a pair of these for my two adult children for Christmas this year as they kept borrowing mine. This will blow up my large king-size air bed in minutes and deflate it just as quickly. He eats batteries; However, it's nice to be able to inflate the mattress exactly where it's going to stay without worrying about plugging it in. I take the batteries out (they fit in the pump box) before storage and get a few uses from each set of 4 D cells.
