If you are reading this review you are clearly looking for a cheap computer. I won't embellish it. This is definitely a budget laptop and if you're expecting it to perform like a modern gaming PC, you're going to be very disappointed. Still, for the current price of $250, this laptop is an excellent choice. It has a solid construction and handles basic tasks with ease. The notebook itself is solid. Despite its light weight, it's more durable than any laptop I've ever owned, including the $3,000 Alienware. The keyboard isn't compressed and the keys feel better than the Dell I use most of the time. When you really press down on the touchpad, it's a little louder than I'd like, but you have the option of just tapping it gently instead of pressing it. I don't like that you have to press the FN key to adjust things like volume, brightness, etc., but that's a minor issue. The screen quality is okay for the price. You cannot pay $250 for a laptop and expect a UHD display and 3080 GPU. This laptop offers good brightness and sharp images. The video quality is very worth seeing. The same goes for audio. That's good enough, but if you're looking for Bose quality you'll need to lower your expectations. This laptop is ideal for basic chores/word processing, streaming audio/video content, surfing the Internet, managing household finances, viewing/saving photos, video chatting and the most basic games (like Solitaire, Candy Crush, etc.) . This laptop is NOT ideal for most gaming applications, installing large software applications, advanced graphics applications, or just about anything you need. be patient and give the computer time to process. This computer is slow, and the more you download it, the slower it gets. If you're impatient, this computer isn't for you. I believe this is a 5 star laptop for $250. Everything is relative. If this computer was $500 I would only give it 2 stars because for the price I would expect a lot more. If you're looking for a basic, basic laptop, this is a great option at a very good price.
