Bought this nail grinder for my older dog. I was nervous that he would never approve of my nail polish, but he did it surprisingly well - thanks to the extremely helpful instructional videos the company released. The video discussed strategies for getting your pet used to the grinder, as well as proper placement and movement for use on a pet's claws. First things first: packaging. I firmly believe that the quality of the packaging usually indicates the quality of the product inside. The packaging here is top notch, from the branding to the materials chosen, it was like opening a new phone. Let's get to the product itself. Inside is a coffee grinder, a couple of nozzles, a charger, and several instruction manuals. Everything here is of high quality and seems to last a long time. When switched on, the coffee grinder is very quiet, which was a pleasant surprise. My dog didn't back down or get nervous when I turned it on. It also has a comfortable weight in the hand, which contributes to stability and control. My dogs had pretty long nails so just using a grinder would have taken too long. I think trimming the nails and then using a grinder would be more beneficial, which is also covered in the tutorial. So, after a good nail trim, I sat down to buff his nails, followed the instructions and - success! Everything went perfectly! My pup now has much smoother and shorter nails and I can save money by not taking him to a barber for nail clippers. I would definitely recommend it to other pet owners. Five stars!
