Easy to install and works as advertised! If only the flaps were all the way closed.
The only reason I give 4 stars is because the leaves that make up the entire 'door' don't always close properly unless they are lifted and reinserted. This doesn't mean the door won't close, just that it won't close and doesn't close as tightly and securely as I had hoped. . The door is built in between our main house and the three season porch and insulates quite well in the winter. Our two cats break through several times a day and so far there are no signs of wear and tear. So there's a bit of room for improvement, but overall this is a great cat/pet door and I'd buy another if I didn't have a solid seal.
