all went well. I loved everything about it like it was a 2021 laptop. I just received the laptop yesterday, April 6, 2021. The Windows 10 software has been updated on the laptop and now the laptop turns on but shows no image and remains with a blank black screen. He is defective. Waste of time and wasted over $600 for 2021. I would not recommend it.
