Exactly like the picture, no photo needed. I had to buy an OD Tee Stop at the store for $22, but that was due to the way my personal toilet was installed. The Front (Female) option is slightly softer than the Back option. I've never had a bidet so it's a little difficult to get used to, but I've never felt cleaner. No personal problems with the temperature.
