They are very knowledgeable about their products as well have great customer service skills! I would highly recommend this team for any of your computer needs!! Nothing so far but friendly staff that knows what they're doing. Great experience with them thusfar from initial consultation through post-installation support (website setup). We needed help setting up our website after we purchased it off another provider who was not able or willing/qualified enought o do such work at an affordable price point which is why i contacted ACT first since there were no other options available locally within my budget range - best decision ever made considering how much time has passed already without issues being reported by customers nor myself having had problems using site yet. ! They are very professional with their work ethic! I would highly recommend them for any computer needs you may have. The best part is that they do everything from setting up computers or laptops/tablets all through troubleshooting if something goes wrong afterwards!! Nothing really at this point but when we first started using ACT it was great because of how thorough our techs were as well as friendly.
