Review on Aqua One Plant Weight 10 by Caroline Saunders

The product was clearly opened (not torn but cut with a knife/scissors), all lead weights fell out of the packaging. 20% were missing. I was hoping I could get a few more, but Revain just let me return them all for a full replacement. It would completely ruin my work on my aquarium, waiting for repairs for days, sending an unnecessary package and wasting money. Overexploiting working hours for shipping workers (during the pandemic) and wasting fuel resources during the climate crisis. I remember years ago you could just email Revain and get real help from one person. And I've never had anything visibly damaged sent to me! I don't blame the workers, I blame the company for putting them in a stressful situation when they have to ship poor quality goods or risk their jobs. The weights themselves are perfect. They contain lead, work as advertised, and are large enough to be cut in half for small groups of stem plants (or individual stems). I will no longer plant my Pogostemon Stellatus 'Octopus' in a substrate and my life will be 1000 times easier. Thanks seller.
