One of the best values. Full Linux support with upgradeability. NVME STORAGE

*UPDATE: Labtop died completely near the end of the warranty, not charging or turning on. Acer replaced the mainboard, the replacement time is about 2 weeks. The only downside is 4GB of RAM. 128 nvme - AMAZING at this price, makes the laptop incredibly fast. Read is in the 1.3-1.4GB/s range. The display is great for the price, the viewing angles are fantastic. Ideal for media consumption. Easily comparable to 2-2.5 times more expensive laptops. That's far from my main reason for keeping the car. The speakers aren't very good, there are Bluetooth headphones on hand. I was able to install POP OS 19 on it without any problems, everything worked perfectly and very quickly. You get amazing speed thanks to nvme. Fully expandable! There are screws in the box to mount a 2.5 HDD, you can change the Wi-Fi card, add another stick of RAM or change the M.2.Ram runs with 2400 depending on the platform, so don't worry about the cost things. The supplied one is rated at 2666. Keep cool as it's a small chip. The fan is 100% silent. The battery lasts about 3-3.5 hours under load at 40% brightness. I was able to run Dawn of War II and a few other older games at an average of 1080p at a semi-decent frame rate on Linux, older games of course. The keyboard is good, much better than Idealpad3XX and Swift3. I've seen a lot worse on much more expensive devices. I really like the aluminum cover which makes the device look premium. It's a great machine for watching videos and typing lightly without getting frustrated with cost or performance, A+ every dollar where it makes the user experience enjoyable.

Pros
  • Acer's Purified.Voice technology features advanced digital signal processing to reduce background noise, improve speech fidelity and improve far-field reception, making calls not only clearer, but easier to communicate with Alexa than ever before.
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product
