They fall apart, the guarantee is NOT a replacement

We wash the carpets once a week according to the instructions. The rubber started cracking and falling after a few months. We've had them for a year now and this is how they look now. Just be warned. If you wash them regularly, they won't stay up well. I contacted them about their warranty which said they would replace the mats. I got my money back. To buy them again now, the price has gone up $18. To replace both mats I now have to pay an additional $36 to replace them. They said customer satisfaction was a priority, but they didn't honor the guarantee as it claims.
