Larger biker. 5'9", 190lbs, 34" waist. I bought a large one and it fits well. I run about 2500 km a year. So my sit bones are pretty much acclimatized. These tights are perfect for all but the coldest of days so I love wearing them. Of all the shorts/bibs/tights I own, these are the only ones that I notice sit bones in when I ride. Every driver is different, so individual mileage may vary. What I also noticed are the very short braces. I'm only 5 feet 9 inches tall. If I was MUCH taller I think the shoulders would need to be adjusted. So, as always, be careful with Asian sizing, but they work well for short walks.
