ZOMG! This thing costs 5x more when ordered through Directv (those bloodsuckers) and it's exactly the same. You still buy it from Directv here at Revain and can get that lovely two day delivery. I'm so thrilled I got the remote control with the radio option. My original IR remote was shaky for a while, but I wasn't sure if it was really a remote or a box (I have an older box). If you have a similar situation, especially at this price point, buy a remote control. I forgot what it's like to push a button and the tv actually answers, I'm like a tv god! I switch and pause like other people, successfully and without problems. I ordered this at midnight on Friday and it was delivered on Sunday, damn cool. Be sure to set the radio option so you don't have to worry about line of sight. super buy.
