Seriously - I'm in love with these pans - I love all the pans I've bought recently but this is a whole set of pots and pans that I love now. Maybe the bar is so low because I've had my own pans since graduating from college. I mean, things have been amazing lately, but I think I've just had better luck with some really great options. it's - damn - good, so I've been cooking low-fat for a very long time - I absolutely hate adding fat to food unless it's something that greatly enhances the flavor. When cooking is absolutely necessary for oil just to make it easier I've always looked for alternatives like sprays and to be honest I don't like what sprays do to the flavor of food. These pans get cleaned up by finding another option—seriously, they're nonstick themselves. I made a creole version for lazy girls the other day and I usually drizzled in the pan before throwing in the shrimp because they cook and stick and I didn't have to do anything extra - NO extra fat and NO added canned flavor! and then - even better - washed the pan so easily! This is an interesting range of pans - wish it included a smaller pan but I can use a medium sized pan. The extra large fry pan is amazing! You can prepare several servings in it. it's a bonus that it comes with a range of kitchen essentials - there's nothing fancy, just plastic, but I'm a fan of extras, especially as I'm quite famous for leaving things behind when I go out for lunch or something. I really enjoyed cooking in these pots and pans and look forward to using them for years to come.
