I received this and was happy to try it but upon opening the packaging I noticed that the tip did not need to be refilled as instructed in the instructions and that should have been my first warning that this was going to be a nightmare. I managed to write a word before it started bleeding all over. I tried storing it vertically, tilting it up and down, sideways, and it bled horribly no matter what I did. So the product was totally useless and a waste of money.
