I purchased this item for a 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid Xl. The fram filter and the original OEM filter turned out to be identical, but when you try to fit the fram into the air cleaner compartment, the fram appears to be slightly thicker (height) than the original OEM filter. This slight difference in thickness made closing the two retaining clips on top of the filter housing very difficult. Initially I thought the Fram filter just wouldn't fit as light finger pressure was enough to securely snap the OEM filter retaining clips into the housing. With persistence, after using pliers and applying moderate force to the spring clips, I was able to successfully close the filter compartment. I gave Fram 4 stars as the quality seems high but the installation wasn't as easy as it should have been as it had to be 100% to the OEM filter size specification.
