Good solid drawbar. I bought them for the looks, wanted something understated and would draw the slightest attention to my ugly build quality white cabinets. They have a slightly longer neck and stand out more than my old squat round ones, but I like them. Instead of grabbing the handle, you have room at the back to interlace your fingers. (It seems like a small thing, but after 20+ years of familiarity, things are different.) The short screws worked great on my tall cabinets. But the longer screws were too long for the drawers. And they did NOT break off to trim. I expected the screws to be hammered at the breaking points. Breakpoints haven't gotten thinner. Same diameter, only the thread is missing. I even got out my dremel and cut halfway through (before dropping some pucks and throwing them on the inside of the drawers. Then interestingly I needed a different number of pucks on top of the drawers. Which made me wonder about the thread depth in the handle question the other day before I selling.) So it would be less annoying if the screws broke off, but I still love them. Sounds silly for such small things, but my kitchen seems brighter. Very important!
