Might as well buy a cheap unit
I bought a brand new unit in Feb 2021, it worked great on a remote raspberry pi for a little over 3 months then suddenly stopped working. Took the device out, brought it home, plugged it into my Mac and it still doesn't work. I have verified that this is not a software issue as I have two other RTL-SDR devices (from other manufacturers) and use the same software, everything works fine. However, when I use a Nano 2+ device, nothing works at all. If anyone has any suggestions for a small form factor RTL-SDR device, I'd love to hear them.
