I've been looking for a way to store my kids stuffed animals for a long time and I wanted something that wasn't too ugly. I decided to try this ottoman cover because it looked good and had great reviews. I'm so glad I did! It looks AWESOME in my house. I also appreciated the instructions that came with it - it said to air it out a bit as there is a distinct smell coming from the packaging, but that didn't bother me. I let it air out during the day and then started stuffing my baby stuffed animals into it. I managed to fit 2 pet laundry baskets in it and one day he settled down for the night (and we all took turns sitting on it for a while to check him out - VERY comfortable!). I could add a few more. I am very impressed with the size and quality of this stool. Now my kids have a nice spot in their reading corner! It's big enough for me to lounge on, definitely a full sized ottoman, not a small footstool in case you're wondering. I think I'll get another one for the leftover stuffed animals and extra blankets I have at home. I love it when household items have a dual purpose!
