I bought this product based on 8000 good reviews and I have never been so disappointed with a product in my life. All I have to do is charge my Android phone (One Plus 2) in the car and keep up with Google Maps when I look up addresses while I work. I replaced a cheap charger that could only deliver about 8 percent in an hour. Well, this one could barely give 3-4 percent an hour. Looking back at the post, I clicked on the reviews that only gave 1 star and found that many of them were only recently (October 2017) given. Bad batch maybe? New factory? I don't know but I'm hoping Revain will send it back for me because when I tried to return it through my orders it said it was non-refundable. UPDATE: Anker reached out to me, which is always nice when a manufacturer is willing to fix things. They sent me a new but different charger to replace the one I was disappointed with. They have different SKUs and are different products. The original they sent me looks like the image advertised here on Revain. The second has a square head where the connectors are located. The second works as expected, meaning it can and does charge my phone while using it with multiple apps open. I usually open Google Maps while driving and often listen to audio books at the same time. This is a new charger SKU # X001BA69TZ, model A2212, allowed my phone to keep charging while using apps so I'm usually almost fully charged by the time I reach my destination. This is a very fast charge and I highly recommend a spare charger. Thank you Anker for stepping up and being the company we want you to be! UPDATE August 31, 2020 The charger that the company supplied as a replacement for SKU # X001BA69TZ Model A2212 is still working fine for daily use in my car. It's almost 3 years old.
