I'm a cooking student. I needed good cookware and this was recommended to me. I'm particularly impressed by the depth of quality. These pots are heavy, very well built. When you take one, you can feel the quality. The pans cook evenly, only over medium heat, which is a nice surprise since you don't have to overheat the pan to cook it. The heat is distributed very well on each pan, the pans are easy to clean in the sink and in the dishwasher. Just make sure you get them out of the dishwasher asap or they'll notice. These pots are amazing to look at, they are just perfect for sautéing, simmering, pan frying and slow cooking. I'm excited about them. They're not the guys from T-Fal, and they're not cheap or the most expensive. I find the full value in it and am ordering more to complete this set. I highly recommend this series of pots and pans.
