I was looking for speakers to mount on the outside of my RV, but I needed something so I wouldn't have to drill big holes in the RV wall. They are unobtrusive and seemed perfect. They are! I built small speaker boxes out of plywood, sanded and painted them, and installed the speakers. All I needed was a small hole to run the speaker wires to the RV. The only problem is that the LEDs need to be connected to a 12V power supply. Luckily my stereo has a blue wire to power the antenna. I connected the positive wire to it and connected the ground wire and voila! The light comes on when I turn on the stereo. The sound quality is excellent for the money. And we don't intend to play loud music anyway. Although it looks like they can. Very little distortion at our volume. Very happy!
