In simple words IT WORKS! It includes everything you need, a whetstone, an angle tool, a base and a mounting stone. I watched a few tutorials and tried to sharpen my first knife, the results in the video are really impressive and I'm sure it will get better in the future with more practice :) but sharpening knives with this thing is one beautiful art! And with this bar, I now know that you don't have to spend a lot of money on very expensive ones. Conclusion: very cheap, works and I can recommend it 100%.
