Sturdy and fit well
Not finished with my deck yet, but the rails are secure. I did not have to use a sander for any of my 4x4 posts (my choice). I used a rubber mallet to softly knock them in place from the bottom. If you choose not to use that method (corners can crack if not careful) then you could easily sand one side down in a couple minutes to fit. Sturdy and look nice.
- They would work better if wood was cut perfectly 4" by 4 ", but we need to trim the wood to fit.
- May not be suitable for use in high-traffic areas
