SEE BELOW UPDATE*** Storage capacity was good enough and we gladly used it for our family trip to Disney, a 2 day trip. when installing the bag, the back strap broke when we pulled it onto the roof of the car. Where the strap attached to the bag, it had just opened. We've already used 7 other straps so we didn't care. We end our first day of driving 9 hours and driving through a storm. I should note that all straps and buckles were otherwise properly installed. We lowered the flaps and everything. We reach our destination and everything in our bag is soaked. The top of the bag is dry but there were puddles of water in the bottom of the bag where it made contact with our car. All our clothes, shoes, strollers got wet. Incredibly frustrating and now useless to our trip. *** I'm updating my review and increasing my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. The customer service I received was EXCELLENT and I was issued a full refund for my defective product. I didn't have to return the broken bag which was a relief as shipping would have been an issue. Very happy with how this seller handled it!
